Where’s Debby? At the moment, Tropical Storm Debby is working its way up the east coast, bringing heavy rains and significant flooding to the areas in her path.
When it comes to the Lower Hudson Valley, the eye of the storm could miss Westchester and Rockland as Debby’s path has shifted westward, according to the National Weather Service. The area could still see 1 to 2 inches of rainfall Friday through Saturday.
